The WBC is an International semi-professional
baseball tournament held Labour Day weekend in Grand
Forks BC. Prior to their professional careers ball players
like John Olerud and Larry Walker made stops at the
WBC. Teams from Taiwan, Japan, Russia, Cuba, USA, and
Italy are among those that have participated in the
past.
summary
As an International tournament
the executive of the WBC needed to attract teams from
around the world, sponsers and fans; a video was the
best medium to sell the tournament and attract attention.
The 13-minute video encompassed both live action and
interviews to sell the tournament to the international
community, potential sponsors and fans.
