way was to get their team to participate in the writing
and acting of a mockumentary.
The team had a blast starring in the video and even
more fun watching it. The mockumentary was a huge hit
at their company Christmas party.

"...Tired
of another year of the same old speeches and
skits at the Christmas party, we decided to
make a mock-u-mentary that captured the challenges
and humor of working at Norsat instead. Despite
some initial hesitations from the staff during
the production planning, and with some skillful
direction from the bob loblaw team, we all
contributed to arguably the best Christmas
party entertainment Norsat has ever had and
we had a great time doing it! This is a team-building
exercise that everyone will enjoy. The finished
video, including some hilarious additions
from the bob loblaw Digital Media crew,
is still being shown and laughed about a month
later...."
